Gyeongbokgung Palace Gyeongbokgung Palace is the imperial and primary palace of Joseon Dynasty. Located in the center of Seoul, this is the place where you can physically feel the dignity and grace in royal culture. The part that connects Gwanghwamun Gate and Gyotaejeon (main residing quarters by the Queen) is the key part of the palace, which was built symmetrically according to the geometric order.

These symbols represent longevity, wealth, and fame. From the upper right corner: peach for longevity, pomegranate for abundance and many children, apricot blossom for spring and peony for prosperity.
